Yeah im unable to get xmas outfit to appear again as well. Which i had asked here when it was first released on how to even use it. cause couldnt even figure it out then But eventually got it by just clicking the clothing icon in upper right hand corner when in dev mode. But click as many time as i can now. and no xmas outfit. tried editing save. Still cant get it back. now im back to my orginall thinking that maybe the date on computer needs to be set around xmas time?

Can confirm this. just switched date, loaded game, dev mode, hit the clothing item icon in upper right corner and xmas outfit was literally the next outfit.
