Though I’ve noticed that recently DLSite has decided to follow in Pixiv’s footsteps and make most content inaccessible to non-native japanese users, presumably out of pressure from conflicting views of certain tags and labels (such as loli) outside of Japan

Again I don’t mind much if there is no english translation available because I have an intermediate understanding of japanese.
