Starts out relaxing and enjoyable; then it stonewalls you out of nowhere with pretty difficult platforming. It’s still a great cute little game and worth playing but man the platforming is insane at parts, but not because it’s challenging, more so because it’s janky and they set you up for failure.
The first time they do this is with jumping on birds and other purple birds can snipe you out of the sky and make you fall super far and start over again. The problem being the birds are so glitchy half the time they don’t even trigger to move and the other half they hit you when you aren’t near them.
Later you get a long cutscene and have to do underwater platforming and fucking up once means instant death for the most part; but you have to do three sections of that area and it makes you want to give up.
Still i would check it out.
Water level indeed almost made me quit, which is shameful because the music and animations are very good. Water levels should be banned from every game that will be created in the future.
