Installation:
1. Extract the archive.
2. Open the “Locale.Emulator.2.5.0.1” folder and run “LEInstaller.exe”.
3. Install the Locale Emulator for all users.
4. Press Right Click (or Shift+Right Click on Windows 11) on “hs_mc03.exe”.
5. Select “Locale Emulator” -> “Run in Japanese” from the list.
6. The game should open. Try again if it doesn’t.

Overview:
