I’m not creditable enough to call this a masterpiece in story or illustration. All I can say is that’s it’s as good as your traditional netorare hentai manga.

It’s hentai with extra steps.

The story seems to be taking a Noir film approach. Involving two different parties, slight politics and men in dapper suits. Socialism and governmental mumbo jumbo. But with some minor fantasy elements mixed in.

Loretta, Elio’s wife, is innocent and is versed in sexual stuff. But is not proficient in using such a sacred art. Until “working” with Fabro.
Loretta believes what she does is the right thing since, well, it’s part of her job. So she chocks all the lewd actions and situations to be normal for building a relationship with others. That’s not even the hypnosis Fabro puts on her in the beginning and her uncertainty. Rather, she becomes comfortable with becoming intimate. And depending on your choices, her personality slowly corrupts into being a milf prostitute. 

Elio getting cucked is his own fault. He is a coward in the worst way. All he focuses on is his work. He does not take action to bring his relationship with his wife further. In fact he acts like a teenage shonen boy most of the time; becoming embarrassed whenever the slightest intimacy occurs between them. And everyone around him is pushing the two closer, asking him such and such about his sex life. 

Funny thing is, I would like to believe what Fabro does is justifiable. Yes he did cuck Elio’s wife and turned her into a giant slut (depending on the ending), but it’s not like he DIDN’T try to help move Loretta’s relationship forward. 
Fabro is the most morally ambiguous character in the game. He teaches Loretta how to do “favors that help further bonds”. Loretta, doing what you should do with new knowledge, tries to apply it to her relationship. But Elio pushes her back, further distancing their relationship.
As for his goals, a revolution where people unite under sex is ridiculous when you say it like that. 
But what else technically is that? 
Could it be… the instrumentality project?

It may be best to choose who to play based on preference. 
If you want H, you play Loretta. If you want a story, you play Elio. But both sides have adequate character development and storytelling.

NPCs are actually quite important. Not to plot but hints of what’s happening from the other character’s perspective. Sometimes its relatable, sometimes its just for fun. Both characters have different NPC dialogue. As you progress the story, the text changes. So do talk to everyone here and there. It also has a little bit extra H for Loretta.

Artwork is absolutely phenomenal. It’s gorgeous and CG is animated to bout. There are a ton of H scenes and only a few repeats. Elio’s story has less H scenes but there are animated sprites doing it. That extra effort adds to the quality.

Even though the CG is encrypted, you can view the short 2 second animations.

If you do decide to play this game, make sure to enable voice acting in the options. Strangely, it’s not active by default. 
As well as uncap the FPS if you want, it just helps you move faster in game. It doesn’t affect anything else.

Little fun easter egg, you can remove Loretta’s clothes like you would in any RPG Maker game just to see her quickly naked. You can only take a piss as Loretta, not as Elio, funny enough. And just to add to her elegance there’s the sound of fairy dust whenever you do.

I honestly can’t find any gripes with this game. The only problem might be the soundtrack. The fact that there isn’t a lot of background music.

You know, it just doesn’t fit the mood when you get divorced and the music is all normal fantasy town calming music. 
That’s a little spoiler for one of the endings. And yes there are multiple endings. The game warns you when the story can branch. Though apparently showing concern netted me a bad ending on the first go. (How???)

I dare say the game used sex as a metaphor for vulnerability like Evangelion did. Not that its as deep.
