It just show black screen for some reason ;o
Did you test the game on Japanese system locale yet? Or with locale emulator.

Got the same problem as the guy above, I think the problem is that you need an activation code as otherwise it will remain black, I would really appreciate some help, and before you ask I did extract it in a Japanese locale, ran it in a Japanese local and even tried with a locale emulator incase I messed something up.

the other application were only shows black screen.
When you say “black screen”, do you mean that the window is completely black? I have a similar issue, but I can still see the context bubbles and menu buttons, and I can see still images in the game, but the video segments are not loading at all which is causing the black screen.
I found the fix for my own issue where when the game starts, except for UI elements, the screen shows only black: Installed Windows Media Feature pack and now I can see the elf maid when the game starts.
Please somebody help with the black screen :,(
When I open the folder I have a total of 10 items listed. 2 of those are ‘file folder’ type and three are ‘application’ type. The first ‘application’ type item is ‘startup’. This is the one that seems to ask for an authorization code. I ignore this application. The second ‘application’ type item is ‘UnityCrashHandler64’. This one does not seem to do anything for me and trying to open it gets no response on my computer. I ignore this application. The name of the last application is not translated. On my computer it is the third from the bottom, the last of the ‘application’ type items, and has the same icon pic that the ‘startup’ one has (pink haired girl face). This is the application that works for me. I posted this after noticing that ‘tempaccount44444’ mentioned needing an activation code and thought maybe some people were trying to open the wrong application. I hope this helps.
