With the latest incident. Look like it’s time to say goodbye to Patreon.
My Patreon is now not related with my blog anymore. Except for annual membership (read more below). And for anyone that just support me on Patreon recently, Your Premium will still lasts 30 days from your last payment as usual.
Patreon’s logo was removed from my blog. Monthly fanart will be the only thing to get here if anyone still choose to support me here from now on.

If you supporting me on pixivFANBOX for 10$(¥1100) or above. Please also message me on the blog and let me know your pixiv username so I can match it with your FFF-ID. (You do this only once)
For current annual supporters on Patreon:
Your premium will last a year as usual and I will continue to post monthly artwork on Patreon until the end of this year. You can move to PixivFANBOX later.
Ps. Artworks on pixivFANBOX has to be censored. But I can find my way around that later.
This gonna affect my income at least this month but it had to be done.

Does this mean the blog will continue with all the content and that patreon is now fanart only?
Also, be careful with patreon. I have read and heard stories of them continuing to harass artists and content creators/curators simply for running/creating or being associated with content they don’t like, even if those pages are separate from patreon.
I will quit Patreon soon. That’s why I started migrating all current supporters to pixivFANBOX.

Also, if you don’t use subscribestar but you already use some sort of social media management tools then it wouldn’t hurt to add subscribestar and set it up. Last I checked I couldn’t support through pixiv but SS has been a lifesaver and I’ve been able to sub for various content that patreon doesn’t allow.
Though if you do everything by hand in terms of managing posts and such then it may not be worth it.
Just my opinion though based on the fact I can’t support through patreon(which is going away, yay!) or pixiv. Not sure how many others like me there are, I am probably in the minority on this but wanted to throw it out there.
Can you tell me why you can’t? Because pixiv accept both Paypal and VISA when Subscribestar only accept VISA
Well I won’t use paypal and pixiv declines my card. Same card I use for SS but pixiv says no *shrug* dunno. I knew I had funds available and the card worked just fine on SS right after. Went back and tried it, tried their customer support and it was useless. So can’t use pixiv, they don’t like me for some reason. Don’t know if it’s the specific bank I use or what.

Actually using a mastercard which works well on Subscribestar, despite the above statement.
Debit cards usually have a fraud detection service attached to them and if a transaction is attempted overseas then your card will be denied and you might get a call from your bank. Subscribestar works as it is a US based company and the transaction takes place in the US while pixiv is a Japan based company and the transaction takes place in Japan. It is your bank that is what is causing trouble for you. Hope this helps.
I make transactions in other countries quite often as I travel for work, or I did before the pandemic, and I make quite a few personal purchases from Japan so I doubt this is the case, though in my case this isn’t a debit card.

Honestly i came back here after hiatus, noticed the “problematic” part, and got very fearful of the continuation of this place, so this is amazing and absolutely first chance i’m able to will show support in light of recent events.
