Story
Set in the early nineties, Takumi Nakama doesn’t know what to do with his life. He failed his college entrance exams and lacks the willpower to retake them. What’s worse, he doesn’t even want to go job hunting. Out of options, his parents give him an old apartment building both as a job and a place to live.

There, he meets two young housewives, Akemi Ushio and Shino Kumagaya. Although they seem easy enough to get along with at first, it isn’t long before Takumi learns more about them. Both of them feel trapped in this run-down building, and their troubles are gradually breaking them down.

Now their sole ally is the inexperienced, awkward, and kind landlord…
