This could have been a good game. The scenario is good, the primary graphics are good, and the incremental upgrade system is a good base to build from. But ultimately execution lets this game down. The upgrade progression is just way, way too slow and frustrating. Play this on easy mode and spare yourself.

• You start off only being able to buy games for the girls, which start at $4k and which decay in 2 weeks. Your starting net income is $1k per week. So you buy your first game it’s gone in 2 weeks, and you’ve got to go back to the base level of +1 favor for two weeks.
• Once you develop your relationship with a girl, she’ll have a random chance to spend time on your bed at the beginning of every day. That means she won’t play the game you bought, or get the favor bonus from it. You can upgrade your bed via the paper tissues item, but that’s locked away deep in the Intelligence upgrade tree. Until you unlock that, an unlucky turn in bed is just robbing you of 1 or 2 early-game favor points, which you invested a lot of cash to get.
• Your second turn, once unlocked, will give you a second change to gain favor. But access to the shop is locked away in the Intelligence upgrade tree (thankfully, early on). Once you develop the relationship further, though, she can randomly look for a snack instead, and snacks are locked much further away in the Intelligence tree. Also, unlike books and games, a snack has a 1 week decay, meaning that if your girl didn’t randomly didn’t want a snack, you lost the benefit. Since snacks cost the same as books and yield the same amount of favor, this ends up randomly wasting your money. You can cover both options if you buy both, but it triples the price of just buying a book and hoping to win the 50/50.
• Your third turn, once unlocked, is initially spent in the toilet. You can’t initiate H with a girl in the toilet, and H always gives at least 1 favor once you can bring a girl to climax (which you should by this point in the game). You’re better off just skipping turn 3 and initiating H on turn 2, since you develop your sexual technique and the girl’s sensitivity via H, and the favor return is equal – maybe better, depending on your development. Basically, what you’ve unlocked is worse than nothing.
• Once you finally unlock your first penetrative H scene, the Live2D art isn’t good. It contrasts really poorly with the highly polished look of the main game’s graphics. Once you max out the girl and get your second penetrative H scene, surprise – it’s the same scene, with different dialogue!

It took me about 3 and a half hours to 100% this game on normal difficulty. Could still be worth playing if you go on easy mode and zoom through.
