Short fun Minigame inspired heavily by Vampire Survivor, or Holocure not originally of course, if that also rings a bell. Simple and Easy, either go with a WASD or Arrow keys to move and/or navigate in the options, then Z or X to Confirm or Go Back, respectively, no complex buttons required, not even the mouse is needed, although you can still use it to open the Settings or Navigate around.
