LV3 run great but frame drop on liquid scene.

Not my style of gameplay but it’s pretty good. H scene is nice. 3D modeling is great. Gallery let you select area where you can watch different scene include NTR. The girl segs with someone else when you not around. More scenes in the area can be unlock when progress in story.

Sounds like you are playing the DLC instead, would recommend deleting/removing all past files and redownload the torrent. I haven’t been able to get the DLC to work with the main game here, but I can confirm both work separately as I downloaded and played both yesterday.
The only thing i miss is to skip dialogues without skiping the whole scente
