you are a savior

A.) Store the game on your PC in any folder of your choosing. (I will use C:\Desktop as an example) 

B.) Install nodejs

C.) look in your programs for node.js command prompt and open it

D.) Now, in the command line, point nodejs command prompt to the drive letter of where you stored the game files if they are not on your C drive. 

E.) You only have to type the drive letter here (like C: or D:)

F.) Press enter after typing the command

G.) Now, type the full folder path to the games resource files folder where your app.asar file is stored for example (“Desktop\Touch Prank Game_PC\resources”) remember the “” characters as the path to the file has spaces. 

H.) Press enter again, node.js command prompt should now show the full path to the app.asar file. 

I.) Now you can enter the syntax that Berundo shared earlier (npx asar extract app.asar app)

J.) Press enter

K.) You may get a prompt to install asar, click enter (y) to proceed, this installs the component needed for the extraction to occur. 

L.) Afterwards the extraction will begin. when complete, you should see a folder just called “app” in the resources folder of the games source files next to app.asar 

M.) Now from this point, you should be able to follow Berundo’s step 2. 

2 notes:

1.) you can do all of these steps above with a 7zip component called Asar7z which allows 7zip to extract these files.

2.) I take no responsibility if you do this the programmatic way or even the easy way, and ruin your files or device somehow.
