Actually, I think I figured it out, you’re probs using a 64 bit computer, yeah? I think you just need to install the 32 bit version of MSVCR110.dll
for the errors, i tried installing some missing extensions and it worked. you only need these 3 DLL files

also just copy-paste the extensions to where the application of Yukia Hot Spring (the game)
I think you screwed up the second link. Should be
https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr110.dll.html
So apparently the missing extensions change depending of the computer you are working on (or the microsoft visuals version you have, I’m not really an expert), so the best solution is just downloading the extensions that are missing (just write their names in google) and add them to the main folder.
The problem also can be related to the drivers that are outdated so to solve this just use this page and download the Driver Updater

So can someone tell me how do you have H with the land lady, widowed hostess or you still can’t on this update cause I read on the creator’s page that Landlady H has been added but I couldn’t find a way to unlock that if it is there. Also there is an image that Koguma uploaded on Cien so if am not mistaken it seems that there are more staff but it may be coming on a later update.
