Game works with windows 10 but you either need locale emulator or to just rename the executable to “game.exe” or something. I’m also a bit disappointed that its labelled ADV when its a VN
So what am I doing wrong in trying to get the game to work? If I try to launch normally nothing happens. Try to launch with location emulator (Japanese) nothing happens. I tried renaming the application to game.exe and it launches. I get to the main menu. The bottom button closes the game, the two above it open gallery like menus, and if I click on the top two buttons (New Game and Load Game I am guessing) the menu buttons disappear like the game is starting and the mouse pops up its thinking ring for a second before it ultimately sits there forever unchanging and broken. Tried launching the game.exe with local emulator same, tried launching in admin same thing, tried renaming every file and folder with japanese lettering to see if it would fix reading data and same thing. The game works as in it launches but how do I get it to work as in I can actually play it?
Dont know about the renaming thing, did not work for me, i just swapped location to Japan from Unicode program language setting and it worked fine, but you are not missing much, the “English” is machine translated and mostly shit, and that’s like the biggest part of VN.
But how do I get it to play when I hit new game. I mean the game launched and I hit the top option on the menu. The menu vanished the music stopped for a bit while the thinking mouse curse popped up and then the music comes back but it just sat on what look like the main menu minus all the buttons for 15 minutes.(Tried leaving it sit for a bit to see if it was just a slow loading issue, but no it is clearly broken somehow, somewhere.) Where can I find this Unicode program language menu to try it since local emulator seemed to be as helpful as a a grain of sand in a flood?
If you change the exe name it starts in a broken mode, dont do that.

Anyone has the problem where the game opens in a bigger resolution the monitor has?? can’t play it because can’t see a some of the window because of that
Yes, you can select the second menu from the top left dropdown to go fullscreen. Dont know why it fucks up the resolution.
Yep, already tried that but for some reason nothing happens, the same with the menu ingame, I understand a little japanese and when I try the fullscreen opt in-game still nothing happens :/
Change the Windows Scaling from monitor settings, the game takes the scaling from there and fucks it up it it’s 150% or more.
having a screen resolution problem. i tried all the things in the comment below and nothing works. pls help…
