It is, well, boring. Gameplay goes as follows:
if enemy grabs you, he can break your costume, do things to your character or just hit you. You have EP bar that, if gets full by enemies doing things to you enough times, makes you skip some turns;if enemy hits you and you drop your wand because of it – you will have lots of troubles escaping their grabs;you are always killing basic enemies in 3-4 hits. Or you can dispose of them with basic spell that costs little to no mana;every boss fight goes like this: you cast protection spell to autododge enemy grabs and spam basic spell – its damage is the biggest one of anything you could throw at enemy. Going in with full mana and like at least 50% hp will guarantee you wins vs bosses;every action takes too much time, game itself has little to no content, feels like devs decided to drag required play time to finish it with those pauses for every fighting action.Yes, you get H-attacked during combat, but it will make you bored of it on like 3-rd basic enemy fight.H-art is ok.Story is almost as basic as it could get for magical girl bs.
Interesting thing – I am yet to find any proper “magical girl situation” games at all, and no, Celesphonia is not a decent game of its genre, it tries to mask itself as if it is one.
Do not recommend – skipping and saving your free time is the best way of action with this one.
