is this even working? last time it not even playable on window 10 the game it self not a problem but it not compatible. the game give you super slow fps it not playable. if you got a way to play this plz tell me i really want to play this game.
hello bro, the illusion games in win 10 have problem whit fps because a lose dll in direcx for this windows, you can see a tutorial in yt and dowload the miss dll and paste it in the game folder, work for mi in battle raper and little box (works in every illusion game, at last for me).
i try as you said and i already download the d3d9.dll and it still not working for me after i put the dll to the game folder i already put the HF patch and still the same.
You need to replace the d3d9.dll in the C:-Windows-SysWOW64 folder to fix the stuttering in older Illusion games, just rename the one currently in there as something else like d3d9.dll.newversion (do not overwrite it because some newer games won’t run with the older D3D9.dll) and slip the one you downloaded in it’s place, do NOT put the .dll in the game folder because it does nothing.
Almost forgot the sysWOW64 is for 64bit systems if you have 32bit it’ll be sysWOW32
the game cannot start now i already change the dll on the sysWOW64 like you said and and it still slow fps. Btw thanks for the comment it help maybe one step closer to solve this. I try if there anything i miss maybe there something wrong with my PC there i didn’t see.also change it name to d3d9.dll.newversion not working for me make the game can’t start so i just change it to d3d9_alt.dll and it work.
i will give you the real answer to all these problems, you have to install the correct version of the dll for your pc, (x86 or x64) when downloading a random dll from a page you will need a lot of luck for it to work, try searching for other versions of the same dll or install the correct redistributable and uninstall the others..
random ehh damn never got luck in this kind of thing. well maybe it just not working on win 10 for this game directx 9 cannot install in window 10. I really want to play this game though old but gold. other illusion is nice but lack some story and it too short for me.
