With a little investigation of the devs translated manual and tool tips you’ll come across the information that the game is not actually meant to be played in fullscreen. This is why the misalignment happens, it’s not optimized for it. If you have a 1080p monitor then I suggest changing the start settings to windowed 1600 x 900.
