re-extract your game. with the newest WinRAR. that gonna fix your problems..
Did that, actually winrar-x64-58b1 came out today according to the website, and still, same thing. Though, I did noticed the movies folder under www, which is under PPLSS in both the winrar and what was unrarred is empty. Maybe that could be part of it.
try using 7-zip.. on my movies folder also empty

Maybe the part name are too long. I zipped it with winrar so It should extractable with winrar.
